Refer a Friend – Terms & Conditions

For you to qualify for a £50 Love 2 shop voucher your referral must follow the terms and conditions below:

1. Referrer: must
    1. have a mortgage/protection policy with Independent Mortgage Store, and
    2. not refer themselves.

2. The referred friend would need to contact Independent Mortgage Store with regards to a mortgage/protection policy.

3. Referred friend: must
    1. quote their friend’s name and postcode as a reference at initial contact or within a maximum of 30 days of submission of application, and
    2. transact and complete business with a member of the Independent Mortgage Store sales team.

4. If all the conditions above are met then the referrer will receive a £50 Love2Shop voucher.

5. There’s no limit to the number of friends a referrer can refer.

6. Once a referred friend transacts business they are also allowed to refer their friends and become a referrer. These same terms and conditions will apply.

7. Independent Mortgage Store reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer by amending these terms and conditions or withdraw this offer at any time.

8. Vouchers for protection-only business will be issued once a policy has been in force for 60 days.

9. The voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

10. Employees of Independent Mortgage Store are not eligible to receive the vouchers outlined in these terms.

11. The referrer will be notified using the registered email held by Independent Mortgage Store.

12. Use of the Love2Shop voucher is subject to Love2Shop’s own gift voucher terms and conditions.

13. Vouchers must be kept safely and securely. Independent Mortgage Store cannot accept responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of theft, impersonation or identity fraud.

14. Independent Mortgage Store accepts no responsibility for being unable to offer a service to the referred person.

15. Not applicable for General Insurance products.
